Create realistic concrete surfaces anywhere on your layout. Ideal for use over Smooth-It (785-1452, sold separately) or any other material. Can be applied full-strength, or thinned with water to simulate new or aged concrete. Can also be mixed with Asphalt Top Coat (785-1453, sold separately) for weathered appearance.
